The 24 Hours of Le Mans is one of the most prestigious and challenging endurance races in the world. This year's race is set to be even more competitive, with Porsche, Cadillac, Ferrari, and Toyota all fielding strong teams.
Porsche is the defending champion, and they will be looking to extend their winning streak to three. They will be fielding a pair of 911 RSR-19s, which are powered by a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine.
Cadillac is making its return to Le Mans this year after a two-year absence. They will be fielding a pair of DPi-V.R prototypes, which are powered by a 5.5-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine.
Ferrari is also fielding a pair of prototypes this year. They will be using the 488 GTE Evo, which is powered by a 3.9-liter turbocharged V8 engine.
Toyota is the other major contender this year. They will be fielding a pair of TS050 Hybrids, which are powered by a 2.4-liter turbocharged V6 engine and an electric motor.
The race is set to start at 3:00 PM CEST on Saturday, June 15th. It will be broadcast live on Eurosport and the Motor Trend Network.
