2024 Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix: Everything you need to know
Qualifying at Imola from 1500 BST
The 2024 Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix will be the fourth race of the 2024 Formula One World Championship. It will be held at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola, Italy on the 19th of May 2024.
The race will be the first to be held at Imola since 2006, when it was known as the San Marino Grand Prix.
The circuit has been modified since the last time it hosted a Formula One race, with the addition of a new chicane at the Variante Alta.
Qualifying format
Qualifying for the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix will revert to the old format, with drivers having three attempts to set a lap time in each of the three qualifying sessions.
The top 10 drivers in the third qualifying session will progress to Q3, where they will have one final attempt to set a lap time.
Tyres
Pirelli have selected the C2, C3 and C4 tyres for the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix.
The C2 tyres will be the hardest compound available, while the C4 tyres will be the softest.
Weather
The weather forecast for the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix is for sunny conditions, with temperatures in the mid-20s.
There is a small chance of rain on Sunday, but it is not expected to affect the race.

The Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix will be shown live on Sky Sports F1 in the UK.
